Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Calgary, AB T3J 4T6

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

Pay Rate: $22 – $24/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to support warehouse and distribution operations in Calgary. This role requires strong ERP system experience, accuracy in order entry, and the ability to work independently within a nationally distributed team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-driven, and comfortable managing inventory and sales order processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter orders from internal ordering tools into ERP Sales Orders accurately and within 24 hours of submission
• Redirect direct fulfillment orders between branches in ERP
• Place and receive inventory purchase orders (POs)
• Deploy inventory through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Flexi
• Maintain high accuracy in order processing and inventory tracking
• Work independently while collaborating with team members across multiple locations
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Oracle ERP experience (mandatory)
• Experience processing sales orders within an ERP system
• Inventory and purchase order management experience
• Familiarity with WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a cross-regional team structure
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
• Experience working with multi-branch fulfillment operations
