We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our inventory records. Key responsibilities include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing inventory adjustments within our WMS, and assisting with physical inventory counts. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and optimize stock levels. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with inventory management software. This position requires organization, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs may be required. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and must adhere to strict safety guidelines.
