Pruning Foreman

Job Description

Starting Hourly Wage: $20.00+

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Specializing in shrub and bushes focusing on fine gardening , plant health , and seasonal timing for woody ornamentals .

• Requires supervising 2-4 person crews.

• Conducting final walkarounds to ensure job quality and site cleanliness.

• Operate power equipment including, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws.
• Aid in the loading/unloading and daily inspections of trucks and trailers in the AM/PM
• Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation.
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good work ethic and the ability to work well with the crew - a team player.
• Minimum 2-year experience in the pruning industry
• Knowledge of tree & shrub identification and specific materials, methods, tools & equipment required to complete various tasks.
• Chauffeurs License Required
• Time management skills
