What You'll Do

• Lead branch operations: warehouse, counter, inventory, deliveries

• Grow sales, strengthen customer relationships, and support key accounts

• Recruit, train, and coach a strong team

• Manage P&L, budgets, expenses, and operational performance

What We Need

• 5+ years leadership in branch, retail, distribution, or similar

• HVAC knowledge and strong customer-service instincts

• Proven sales growth + P&L responsibility

• Hands-on leadership style and strong decision-making
