Residential Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Ashlar Homes is hiring an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of high quality homes from start to finish. This role is for a proven professional who has managed residential builds for a home building company and values teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple residential projects to ensure homes are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to specification
• Walk homes frequently to monitor progress, quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Maintain construction schedules and document daily progress in Buildertrend
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams
• Communicate with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Complete quality control and punch lists prior to final walkthrough and closing
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA requirements, and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential home building
• Experience working for a home building company
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously
• Construction Management education is a plus
