Job Description
Ashlar Homes is hiring an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of high quality homes from start to finish. This role is for a proven professional who has managed residential builds for a home building company and values teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple residential projects to ensure homes are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to specification
- Walk homes frequently to monitor progress, quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Maintain construction schedules and document daily progress in Buildertrend
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams
- Communicate with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Complete quality control and punch lists prior to final walkthrough and closing
- Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA requirements, and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential home building
- Experience working for a home building company
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously
- Construction Management education is a plus
