Project Manager / Demolition Environmental Contracting

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with Demolition and Environmental Contracting  experience to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Start-up projects and establish baseline schedules
• Forecast potential roadblocks 
• Ensure compliance with current regulatory guidelines and 
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation 
• Closeout projects for compliance and budgeting

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in environmental and demolition contracting 
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
