Join our dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Huntsville, Alabama! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You'll work closely with a team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and fulfill them efficiently.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, utilizing appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety and proper Lifting techniques.
- Wear required PPE at all times, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to Safety. Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
