Colorado Springs, Colorado is looking for a dedicated Order Picker to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to ensuring timely and correct shipments. You will utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and orders, ensuring a high level of precision in all tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and has a strong ability to follow instructions. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to pick lists or scanner prompts.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use RF scanning devices to manage inventory and track order progress.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking or cycle counting.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good reading and comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet performance targets.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must adhere to safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
