Project Manager Construction

We are a family owned construction company, and ​we invite a dedicated and experienced ​project manager to join our team. We specialize in new-construction builds and home remodeling projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Site Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple new construction residential sites.

- Scheduling: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain strict project timelines.

- Budget Management: Track costs, manage purchase orders, and ensure project profitability without compromising quality.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets local building codes and company excellence.

- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and city inspectors.

- Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

*The job requires a car to travel between projects. Gas will be reimbursed.

Work locations:

The greater Los Angeles area, Orange county, Altadena area and the Palisades.

Work Days:

Monday through Friday - ​full time 8am-5pm on site management.

Saturday - over the phone availability.
