Restoration Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead high-value residential restoration projects from start to finish. This role requires a dependable, well-organized leader who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large-scale residential reconstruction projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and direct field crews, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple active job sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support accurate billing, reporting, and on-time project completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide detailed project updates.
• Willing to work hands-on as needed, including assisting with punch list items.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restoration Project Manager.
• Carpentry experience required.
• Demonstrated success managing large-loss residential restoration projects exceeding $250,000.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes.
• Strong understanding of building construction methods and current building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office and industry CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• IICRC certifications are preferred.
