SonoPath is seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant who shares our purpose-driven approach and wants to grow with a brand that makes a real difference in veterinary medicine. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to senior marketing staff and offer administrative support on essential tasks, as well as assisting with setup, facilitation and completion of marketing materials and events.

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer service focus, problem-solving abilities, and organization with a strong eye for details. As a Junior Marketing Assistant you will assist with creation, production and management of client communication, help with event planning and execution as well as undertake other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities. This position also requires travel for on-site availability at weekend veterinarian educational seminars in Andover, NJ as well as possible additional travel to conferences held throughout the United States and abroad.
**Veterinarian experience is not necessary

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

· 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing for a brand or agency

· Experience in creating engaging content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle pressure and be able to work in a learn on-the-fly environment

· Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency

· Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Conduct and support analyzing marketing performance to optimize campaigns

· Ability to work independently, self-motivated to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Collaborative mindset, positive energy, and willingness to learn

· Acutely aware of representing SonoPath with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service resulting in a high degree of trust

· Ability to work scheduled seminar weekends in Andover NJ, as well travel for off-site conferences

· Ability to work onsite at the Andover main office daily (M-F)

Working knowledge of:

· Microsoft Office suite, Outlook and Teams

· Macintosh Operating Systems

· Canva

Nice to Have:

· Knowledge of HubSpot Database Management (or similar)

· WordPress content management

· Gravity Forms

· Adobe Creative Suite

· Meta Business Suite & various Social Media Platforms

· Knowledge of Google Ads
