Integrated Manufacturing Technician

As an Integrated Manufacturing Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This multi-skilled position offers you the chance to:

• Provide engineering maintenance support to all manufacturing assets and equipment.
• Work with advanced technologies, including automated equipment, robots, and laser joining systems.
• Contribute to the production of Battery Packs, Electric Drive Units, and other electrification machinery.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime through safe working practices.
• Carry out preventive maintenance checks and ensure timely completion.
• Implement permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Participate in weekend and shutdown work as needed.
• Embrace ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• A relevant Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/City and Guilds in Engineering.
• Significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC Machining Centres and conveyor systems.
• Good working knowledge of Siemens PLCs and electrical fault-finding techniques.
• The right to work in the UK at the time of application (this role is not eligible for sponsorship).
