Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager with Estimating and Marketing responsibilities role based in South Jordan, UT. The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project estimates, expediting processes, coordinating logistics, performing inspections, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. The role will also entail contributing to marketing efforts to enhance the company's presence and client outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management and its associated tasks, including planning and execution of construction or maintenance projects.

• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure seamless coordination and progress of projects.

• Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Knowledge and experience in Logistics Management to facilitate smooth project operations and materials flow.

• Experience in marketing and client relationship management to support business development initiatives is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work on-site in South Jordan, UT, with a team-oriented approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with federal and state contracting is a plus.
