Landscape Foreman and Laborers

Fine Grade Concrete Landscapes and More is looking to hire!
We are seeking to fill multiple roles at Fine Grade. We are a growing company that specializes in high end landscape and hardscape builds. We spend a lot of time around pools, and large scale house with beautiful yards. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience to come and be apart of the fine grade team. We are seeking to hire an experienced landscape foreman, and a few laborers. Applicants must be drug free, have a valid driver's license and be a U.S citizen.
Forman Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience building paver patios, irrigation lay out, segmented and boulder wall building, and water features.
- Must be willing to lead in a constructive way, we don't want negative leaders working with us.
- Must have a drivers license, and a clean record to drive company trucks.
- Must be able to drive a company truck and trailer to and from home.
- Must show up every day with a good attitude and a desire to build and grow a team.
- Pay $32-$37/hr plus incentive bonuses
- After one year of working with finegrade health, dental and life insurance plus 401k matching will be given.

Laborer Requirements:
- Must show up every single day on time 2 strikes and you are out for non attendants without good explanation.
- Some experience with basic sprinkler installation grading and sod is a plus.
- Willing to learn hardscaping and walls/ water features.
- willing to listen to the forman or crew lead.
- Must have a ride to work every day.
- Must come with a good attitude and drive/ willingness to learn.
- Pay $20-$28/ hr After one year of working with finegrade health, dental and life insurance plus 401k matching will be given.
