Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities/Skills

The responsibilities of the role span a variety of technical site design tasks and inspection work connected to engineering projects from concept through construction. This role will be responsible for the project management and design of site grading, road design, utility design, such as storm water management, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, pump station and coordinating permit applications. Collaborate with other engineers, train junior engineers, and learn to lead a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
• Eight to ten + years progressive experience in civil engineering design with a focus on project management and leadership
• Strategic thinker
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, concepts, and practices
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in engineering software tools such as Civil 3D
• PE license required
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience managing teams required
• Experience with client management and business development required

Schedule:

• This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday
