Company Description

The Community Partnership is a small, hardworking non-profit organization located in the foothills of the Ozarks, serving a wide variety of community members in several counties.
With the help of the Partnership, and its staff of approximately 30 members, a physically challenged child takes his first steps, young parents have access to mentoring and life skills classes, youth aging out of foster care learn employment skills, get help with pursuing post-secondary education, and prepare for successful adulthood. Childcare providers are offered support, training, and tools to enhance the quality of care they provide, and at our annual Linking Hearts Adoption Fair, adoptable children and potential adoptive families have an opportunity to meet in a relaxed, fun environment. The Community Partnership also offers a multitude of volunteer opportunities for community members, age 16 and over. From organizing merchandise at our Partnership Resale Shop to mentoring a young parent to preparing food for an event or creating math games for a child care center, there are so many ways volunteers keep this organization moving forward.
Through the Partnership, the community decides how to best use funds to fit the needs of our community: we work to eliminate duplication of services, to coordinate grants and services across organizations, and to stretch state monies as far as possible on needed services.
