Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible to perform the following duties:
1- Manage all aspects of various construction projects from planning, to implementation and closeout.
2- Interact and coordinate with project architects, General Contractor, engineers, inspectors, in house field crew and subcontractors to resolve the various issues and effectively advance the project.
4- Review contract documents, making VE/modification as they relate to building construction.
5-Monitor labor output and report to company management on a daily basis.
6- Oversee project schedule and ensure on-time project delivery.
7- Review and coordinate construction budgets and estimates
9 - Prepare SOV, Requisitions, Change Orders
The Project Manager should:
1- Have 2+ years of experience working on construction projects.
2- Strong communication and organization skill.
3- Familiarity with various computer software including MS Office, AutoCAD, Plan swift.
4- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management is preferred but not required.
