We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Talent Acquisition Specialist, European Market (m/f/d)
to join our team as soon as possible.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Europe must be based in Europe (in UK, Poland or Germany) and be available to travel as required to Aurora's office in Berlin from time to time.
Aurora's Berlin office is conveniently located near the S+U station Innsbrucker Platz.
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the entire recruitment process – from requirement analysis and job postings to active candidate sourcing (active sourcing), interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across various business units
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to select the right candidates, including conducting work visa checks
- Develop creative recruiting strategies and build diverse talent pools
- Actively source candidates and collaborate with external recruitment agencies
- Promote internal talent mobility and support internal career development
- Analyze KPIs and optimize recruiting performance
- Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve the candidate experience
- Train managers and HR teams on professional and inclusive hiring practices
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, covering multiple specialties, divisions, and levels
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field — or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Strong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Business fluent in German and English
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Results-driven, adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, challenges the status quo, and drives change
- Creative collaborator with the ability to think outside the box to resolve complex challenges and implement innovative strategies
- Able to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and successfully manage priorities in dynamic settings
