Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door / Outside Sales) - Internet Services AirFiber WISP is looking for a motivated, energetic, and driven Field Sales Representative to help grow our residential and small business customer base throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, building customer relationships, and earning strong income through a combination of base salary + commission . Compensation
* Base salary * Commission on every activated sale * Additional performance bonuses available based on monthly sales volume * Strong earning potential for top performers
What You'll Do
* Prospect residential neighborhoods and local businesses in assigned territories * Introduce potential customers to our internet services * Educate customers on service plans, coverage, and benefits * Close new sales and schedule installations * Follow up with prospects and maintain sales activity records * Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable working in a door-to-door / outside sales environment * Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented * Ability to handle rejection and stay positive * Sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
