*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing clinical care to residents in both memory care and assisted living, ensuring their well-being while maintaining accurate records in our PointClickCare electronic medical record system. You will collaborate with residents, families, care team members, providers, and the pharmacy to deliver exceptional care.
Your role will include administering medications, coordinating care plans, and assisting with personal care, all while fostering a supportive environment for residents.

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Recording medical information and maintaining resident records
* Administering prescribed medications
* Providing basic care and assisting with personal care tasks
* Coordinating care with residents, families, and external providers
* Preparing residents for exams or treatments
* Assisting with household chores as needed
*Qualifications:*
* Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont
* Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
* Team-oriented mindset
* Experience managing staff is a plus

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
