- Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
-100% Outpatient Practice Support Staff Available
-Minimal call- phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic. Call is to cover your own patients only.
-EPIC EMR Position Requirements
-Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligibility Compensation & Benefits Package
-2 year base guarantee Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available
- Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency 20 days off + 6 holidays per year
-CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year
-Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses Visa Status: Able to support H1B visa, unable to support J1 visas. Pay Range: $300,000-$399,406 Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
