Program Manager (Temp?to?Hire) - San Jose, CA - $30-$40/hr About the Role A confidential technology client in San Jose is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross?functional initiatives , coordinate dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes. You'll own roadmaps, stakeholder communication, risk/issue management, and KPI reporting across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies
  • Lead cross?functional standups and governance routines; remove blockers
  • Define scope and success metrics; manage change control and RAID logs
  • Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to align priorities and resources
  • Report status to executives; translate complex updates into clear actions
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices across teams
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5+ years in program/project management (PMO or product?led environment)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence (or similar); strong Excel/Sheets
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent experience is a plus

  • Compensation: $30-$40/hr (DOE)
