Job Description: When you join us, you'll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of "helping people live the healthiest lives possible." About this role: As a Physician in Family Medicine , you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this full-time role you will provide outpatient primary care, seeing 18-20 patients (all ages) per day.
  • This position includes a $1 5 ,000 s tarting bonus, and up to $ 2 0,000 in relocation a ssistance for eligible primary household moves .
  • You will practice at Washington Fields Clinic
  • Clinic hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5 pm. A 4 day x10 hr. work week or a 5 day x8 hr. wor kweek are schedule options.
  • Office Call (Phone) will be evenly distributed by our providers.

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency training in Family Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
