Practice Highlights

• Robust Patient Base: Manageable patient volume with a quick ramp-up period
• Diverse Procedures: Opportunities to perform ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), vasectomy, female urology procedures, urodynamics, cystoscopy, percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS), and robotic surgery
• State-of-the-Art Technology: Access to Da Vinci surgical robots, Cerner EMR, and Dragon Medical dictation enhanced by Augmedix AI for seamless workflow

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Minimal call (approximately 10 days per month) for optimal work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $575,000 with significant additional earning potential
• Bonuses: $50,000 signing bonus and performance-based incentive opportunities
• Call Pay: Additional compensation for calls exceeding 5 days per month, with enhanced rates in subsequent years
