This role is vital in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations at Sun Com Mobile. Based in our Texas office, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and fostering a collaborative workplace environment. Responsibilities: Assist with HRIS management and data entry to maintain accurate employee records. Support recruitment processes using tools like ADP, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. Coordinate communication between HR and other departments to ensure seamless information flow. Manage social media platforms related to HR initiatives. Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document preparation. Help organize training sessions and onboarding activities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
