We are seeking a highly motivated an Assistant Account Manager to join our team. The Assistant Account Manager – Commercial Lines supports the delivery of exceptional client service through strong account management, coordination, and administrative expertise. This role assists with managing commercial lines accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience by collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders. The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by building and sustaining strong relationships and providing best-in-class service, resources, and support. In addition, this position provides essential sales support to Account Managers and Account Executives, contributing to the overall success of the team and the clients they serve.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage the implementation of assigned existing and new commercial lines client plans and programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Support Account Managers and Account Executives by preparing proposals, marketing materials, and other key deliverables.
- Provide ongoing service, support, and education to commercial lines clients.
- Plan and conduct participant and client education meetings.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand and apply new or updated regulations.
- Communicate with vendors and partners regarding new and ongoing opportunities.
- Facilitate conference calls and meetings with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and client events as needed.
- Oversee and support analysts and other team members when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and client information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.
About You
- A minimum of two (2) years of Account Management experience required.
- 220 Insurance License preferred, minimum 440 Customer Representative License, or ability to obtain these licenses within six (6) months of employment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency in public speaking is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree with financial services background or equivalent experience preferred.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
