In search of a full-time associate dentist in small town, Michigan. I am the owner of a well-established, privately owned dental practice located in a welcoming small town. Our practice has built a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care and has a loyal, multi-generational patient base. We pride ourselves on a supportive team culture, modern clinical systems, and a comfortable pace that allows dentists to focus on excellent dentistry rather than volume-driven care.

We are seeking a seasoned, full-time associate dentist to LEAD our practice and provide comprehensive general dentistry. We provide a well-trained experienced dental team to assist chairside and with patient care. This position is 4-5 days per week, offering an excellent work-life balance while maintaining strong earning potential. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and interested in a long-term opportunity within a stable, community-oriented practice.

Schedule:

*Full-time: 4 days per week, Mon-Thurs, Fridays available also

*Consistent schedule with predictable patient flow, FFS/PPO office

*Trial working period upon hire

Compensation & Benefits:

*Excellent compensation, 35% of collections, no lab bill

*Health insurance provided

*Malpractice insurance covered

Ideal Candidate:

*DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

*Active Michigan dental license

*MINIMUM 3 years clinical dental experience

*Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

*Comfortable practicing independently in a general dentistry setting

*Values long-term relationships with patients and staff
