About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and basic nursing procedures
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $44.50 HOURLY

Available Shifts:
Night Shift: 7:00 P.M – 7:00 A.M
Sign-On Bonus:
Full-Time: $6,000
Part-Time: $3,000
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
