We are seeking a qualified physical therapist to work at our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Monroe, NY. We’re looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses, and devising creative but effective treatment plans. *Physical Therapist (PT) responsibilities and duties:*
* Preparing a written plan of care based on evaluations findings, in a timely matter
* Diagnosing and treating patients of all conditions.
* Documenting functional outcome tools as required by payors.
* Supervising the implementations of each plan of care coordinating care with support staff.
* Help foster a professional environment that is a friendly and welcome one to all.
* Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.

* Masters or doctorate degree in physical therapy
* New York State physical therapy license
* Current CPR certification

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
