The Côte Hospital Network - EHC has been a health network at your service for over 20 years. It brings together institutions with complementary missions of acute care, accommodation in EMS, and primary care medicine. We deliver more than 40 medical disciplines with the aim of taking care of each resident, thanks to over professional workers who strive daily to provide quality care. We are looking for our medical-social establishments (EMS) and Temporary Reception Centers in Morges and Aubonne: 7 Apprentices ASE - Assistants (F/H) starting August 1st. WE OFFER A plan involving the discovery of 3 missions related to the elderly and within at least 2 different sites, between Morges and the possibility of discovering the work environment within an evolving institution with the duty of caring for all residents and beneficiaries to contribute to supporting the elderly in the 3 living places (EMS) and several Temporary Reception Centers, ensuring close follow-up by experienced and involved professionals, who will encourage you throughout your apprenticeship and guide you towards the successful completion of your vocational certificate. A well-defined professional project, thanks to an internship in an EMS that allowed you to confirm your genuine interest in getting involved in social support for the elderly over 3 years, and proven skills in expression, a good ability enabling you to undergo a shift involving rotation through 3 departments during your internship, a very good level of French and knowledge of office tools. You are dynamic and show ease in teamwork, as well as in communication.YOUR OBJECTIVES include supporting residents and beneficiaries (Temporary Reception Center) by suggesting individual and collective activities, contributing to the well-being and autonomy of elderly individuals, participating in parties, cultural and artistic events, involving the relatives and family of residents and beneficiaries in social life, and being involved in the creation of personalized support projects for the individuals being assisted. WE ARE a company committed to training tomorrow's professionals, counting more than 70 apprentices in 15 different professions, 200 HES-ES interns, and nearly 300 doctors in a care network including acute care establishments and a private clinic, EMS, medical centers, and drop-in centers located throughout the La Côte region, as well as the first clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the healthcare field in Switzerland, taking care of residents in the area while sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment favoring project development.
