*Position: Dental Hygienist*
Join Dr. Chen who has a compassionate, dedicated team focused on delivering patient-centered care.
*What You’ll Do*
* Perform comprehensive oral health evaluations, including intra/extra-oral assessments, oral cancer screenings, and myofunctional disorder screenings
* Take radiographs and provide dental cleanings (prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing)
* Apply Curodont, fluoride treatments, complete sealants
* Deliver personalized preventive and educational services
* Uphold all NC Dental Board guidelines for permitted functions
*Administrative Responsibilities*
* Accurately document patient care and maintain detailed records in *Eaglesoft*
* Support patients with basic insurance questions regarding in-network plans
* Assist with general administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly
*What You Bring*
* Experience with Eaglesoft or similar practice-management software
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* A heart for patient care and a commitment to teamwork
