We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in restoration and insurance-related construction  who can take full ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with customers and adjusters, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, professionally, and within the approved scope and budget.

This role requires relevant restoration industry experience , strong organizational ability, and the discipline to manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and job costs effectively. Successful candidates must be able to solve problems in the field, maintain clear communication with customers and internal staff, and take full accountability for project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal team members
• Maintain project timelines and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Manage job costs and ensure projects are delivered within the approved scope and budget
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Identify and resolve problems quickly to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• Proven work history in restoration and insurance-related construction project management
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and restoration processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and solution-oriented
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
