Overview:
Williams Construction Company, an established and growing industrial general contractor, celebrating its 71th year in business, is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join our company. Our company performs critical and complex construction and maintenance projects at Northeast Oklahoma facilities. We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to perform all aspects of a Project including estimating, scheduling, and project management.
Primary Responsibility:
Your primary responsibility is to control the safety, time, cost, and quality of construction projects. Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including estimating, budgeting, billings, subcontract selection, risk assessment, and working with owners, engineers, architects, and vendors.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with field labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Close new business deals; develop and negotiate contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Work with Business Development Manager to identify new sales leads and develop strategies along with Operations to determine the best strategies for procuring projects.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Develop Quotes and Proposals with the coordination of Division Managers.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Science, Construction, Engineering and/or 5 + Years of Construction, Engineering Experience
- Broad experience in manufacturing and heavy industry sectors.
- Stable employment history
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Must have competent computer skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to read blueprints, perform quantity take-offs and build estimates
Compensation:
Competitive starting salary based on experience. Company vehicle, fuel card, and cell phone provided. Year-end bonus plan.
