Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Job Description

Phil Kouffman Builder is a high-end, well-established residential construction company located in the Hamptons. We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in overseeing all phases of residential construction jobsites.

Construction Manager Brief Outline of Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for architects, clients, and subcontractors
• Time management
• Client management
• Scheduling
• Budgeting
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans

Site Supervisor Brief Outline of Responsibilities:

• Onsite reporting to Project Manager
• Serve as point of contact for architects, clients, and subcontractors
• Time management
• Client management
• Scheduling
• Budgeting
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Solid computer knowledge
• Proficient in excel
• Highly organized
• Problem solver
• Team player

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of proven practical or educational experience required.
• College degree in construction management a plus.
