Project Manager Construction

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial glass and glazing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure every project meets our quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously, from kickoff to completion.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement of glass, aluminum, hardware, and other materials.
• Create and manage material lists, submittals, shop drawings, and fabrication schedules.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with general contractors, architects, and clients.
• Estimate projects and assist with bid preparation and takeoffs.
• Resolve field issues in coordination with installers and fabricators.
• Monitor job progress and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, or related construction management.
• Strong knowledge of glass and aluminum systems, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
