Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restoration projects, including planning, execution, and closing phases.
• 3+ years managing restoration or disaster recovery projects, ideally involving multifamily or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of fire, water, storm, and mold restoration practices and protocols.
• Utilize construction management software such as PSA and XactAnalisys.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution effectively.
• Prepare construction estimates and budgets while maintaining accurate records of expenditures.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and knowledge of construction management principles.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret technical documents.
• Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
