JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Home Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential construction projects from the initial planning stages to their successful completion. This role ensures that projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet the expectations of our customers while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, along with proficiency in communication and project management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire project lifecycle.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee home improvement or construction projects, meticulously managing timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of necessary materials and labor.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues promptly, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and any changes to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle any customer concerns, complaints, or requests with utmost professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Prioritize quality control by inspecting work and confirming its adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide customers with the most effective solutions.
