Project Manager - Estimator (Self-Storage Specialist)

Job Description

This is a high-impact, key role designed for a leader who can own the entire lifecycle of a repair project—from the initial site assessment to supervising the actual construction through completion.

In this role, you aren’t just crunching numbers in a basement; you are the face of our company—inspecting sites, closing high-value repair contracts, and leading the crews that bring those solutions to life. You will also be provided with a Company Truck, therefore a valid drivers license in GOOD STANDING is a Must!  

Candidates should have excellent time management and the ability to work independently with success in meeting target dates.  

We specialize in the booming self-storage industry, providing you with a stable, fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact the bottom line. Our Corporate office is located in Troy, Michigan, but we have technicians working in Ohio and Illinois as well. The self-storage industry is very busy, and the variety of work we offer these facilities has made us a premiere vendor in our locations.
