Wember Inc. is currently accepting resumes for a potential position based in Casper, WY. This role is contingent upon the award of a project presently out to bid in the Casper area. If awarded, the anticipated start date for the position will be June or July of 2026.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Wember Inc., you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of sustainable design projects from inception through completion. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in delivering a successful project that meets both organizational standards and client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management
• Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of project life cycle and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in sustainable design projects
• Experience in the construction industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project activities and ensure that all project team members are aware of their responsibilities
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are met
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Skills:

As a Project Manager, you will utilize your skills in sustainable design, project coordination, project planning, project scheduling, project documentation, project administration, and project management software on a daily basis. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all project goals are met within the given timeline and budget. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in ensuring that the project is completed successfully and meets the client's expectations.
