Creative Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for Creative Project Manager for our client in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

This is an ONE YEAR contract with the possibility of extension.

***Position is ON-SITE***

The Creative Project Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for managing end-to-end creative production for global marketing campaigns and product launches. This role connects internal brand teams with creative agencies to take work from ideas through development, execution, delivery, and global distribution.​
​Responsibilities: ​

· Manage multiple creative productions from inception to delivery​

· Facilitate communication + alignment across global stakeholders​

· Track creative briefs, SOWs, timelines, milestones & scope​

· Build/manage realistic project schedules​

· Troubleshoot production issues & negotiate solutions​

· Ensure high-quality assets for global market partners

Qualifications​:

· Experience leading creative production for campaigns/product launches​

· Strong communicator managing multiple concurrent projects​

· BA in Advertising/Comm/Media Production (or equivalent exp.)​

· Knowledge of photo/video/content production workflows​

· Proven attention to detail & independent decision-making​

· Experience with project management tools (Workfront, MS Project, Frame.io, or similar tools)
