Job Summary
We are looking for a HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to prepare accurate project bids and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish. This dual role ensures cost-effective estimating and successful project execution. Candidates with software proficiency in PlanHub, QuoteSoft, and Bluebeam are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
 

• Prepare estimates for labor, equipment, and materials
• Review drawings, specs, and project scope for accuracy
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Utilize PlanHub, QuoteSoft, and Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating
• Maintain client communication and satisfaction throughout projects
• Track progress and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or both
• Strong HVAC system and construction knowledge
• Proficiency with PlanHub, QuoteSoft, Bluebeam (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record

Salary Range
$80,000 – $115,000 per year , depending on experience and software proficiency.
