Construction Project Manager- Estimator- Superintendent - New Projects

Fantastic Construction Estimating opportunity with an established and growing Commercial Construction Company in the Kansas City Metro! We're looking for Project Estimators to help with our growth and expansion. This is a full-time job with a great company looking for top talent to join a team of like-minded career professionals building an Industry Leading Commercial General Construction Company in the Kansas City Metro. 

The Superintendent is responsible for supervising, scheduling, and coordinating all construction field activities. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project. The Project Manager has supervisory responsibility for Field Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, Interns and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications and estimating. 
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thoroughly read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Procore estimating software. 

Essential Job Duties:

• Collect and analyze data in order to determine the time, money, materials and labor required to construct commercial building projects. 

$80K - $130K Salary plus Bonus and Benefits.
