Job Description
Job Summary
Function as a liaison between Sunglo and its customers for the purpose of managing contents
projects from inception to completion while maintaining a profitable budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Responsible for timely collection on customer invoices and review/approval of
subcontractor invoices.
- Determine needs of job and assign/schedule resources including employees, equipment,
and supplies and monitor work flow.
- Coordinate timing of schedule for pack outs, pack backs and structural cleanings with the
internal/external customers, adjusters and Contents Division Manager.
- Responsible for problem solving customer complaints and escalating to Content Division
Manager when necessary.
- Coordinate with Content Division Manager project schedule and update control points in
DASH.
- Provide regular updates to the Contents Division Manager throughout project lifecycle.
- Document project progress daily in the appropriate systems (DASH/Programs) with notes
and photos.
- Assist in training/implementation of process and procedures.
- Report employee worksite injuries to Human Resources and company vehicle damages to
the Facilities Division.
- Responsible for adhering to Content Division Breakage and Damage process.
- Visit job-site to capture scope and photos within SunGlo defined timeframe and distribute
to estimator.
- Execute standard Content Division Customer Communication Plan.
- Obtain sign off from customer inventory sheets (Contents Track inventory report) that
reflects customer content upon completion of pack out.
- Direct pack out of all boxes packed to be moved out on a daily basis and delivered back to
the shop and place the contents in the proper area for storage at SunGlo and all proper
documentation of # of boxes that were brought back to SunGlo on a daily basis.
- Maintain log of all damaged caused by contents techs/crews and report to Contents
Manager.
- Answer Contents Estimator questions in a timely manner to support Estimator audits
within seven days.
- Responsible to communicate to estimator/adjuster within 24 hours of signed COS of
supplementals (packback and additional storage).
- Review/Validate/Sign Crewsheets daily.
- Negotiate “work not done”, partial customer cash outs, and/or disputes.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise the technicians assigned to you; including conducting annual reviews with the input
and involvement of the Content Division Manager.
Required Education, Experience and Certifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school
- 2-4 years construction management experience, or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
- OSHA certified
- IICRC mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, and water restoration
certification preferred.
