This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Richmond, VA. The Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, expediting materials and resources, conducting inspections, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the roofing industry and practices.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Proficiency in Logistic Management and Expediting to ensure timely deliveries and resource allocation.
• Experience with Inspection processes and quality control to oversee project standards.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
• Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
