Site Works Crew Lead

Job Description

Immediate opening for a Site Works Crew Lead. This position will be responsible for assisting with utility adjustments and erosion control. The position is fast paced, physically demanding and must be able to complete work in timely manner with attention to detail.

This position will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of company equipment, managing workload, and crew members. Must be safety minded operating construction equipment. (Ex. Mini Excavator, Skid Steer)

Preferred Experience

· Minimum 5 years driving experience with a valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record

· Smart phone with GPS capabilities required

· Able to work minimum 40 hours per week, year-round, in all weather conditions

· Able to lift minimum of 75-100 pounds

· Able to operate a shovel for up to 8 hours/day
