Landscaping Operations Manager

Job Description

F and W Lawn Care and Landscaping is seeking an experienced and highly organized Landscaping Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage crews, ensure project quality, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to balance client satisfaction with profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscaping operations for installation crews
• Manage scheduling, routing, and resource allocation
• Supervise, train, and mentor crew leaders and team members
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
• Monitor budgets, labor hours, equipment usage, and materials
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce company policies
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping operations or similar management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape construction
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with scheduling and job management software preferred
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience managing commercial landscaping contracts
• Budget management and cost control experience
