Our client is a well-established General Contractor based in Manhattan, specializing in Ground UP & Interior style projects. Their portfolio consists of commercial, mixed-use, education, residential buildings throughout Manhattan.

Job Description

• Manage projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site superintendents
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and regulations
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on site
• Oversee procurement of materials and long-lead items

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in ground up + interior construction
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and DOB processes
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
