Project Manager / Estimator - Commercial Construction

Job Description

RMV Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support commercial construction

projects from our Lincoln, Nebraska office. This position is responsible for both preconstruction estimating and

managing projects from award through completion to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements are

met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support project estimates, budgets, and bid proposals

• Review drawings and specifications; solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing

• Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout

• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers

• Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation

• Support project buyout and transition from estimating to construction

• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager and/or Estimator

• Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and cost control

• Experience with Procore and/or ProEst

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
