Project Manager – Application Development & Migrations

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) 
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

CEI is seeking a Project Manager with application development experience to lead enterprise-level software delivery and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, collaborates effectively with technical teams, and ensures successful delivery of modern, secure, and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of application development and migration projects

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to align technical goals and project outcomes

• Lead Agile ceremonies, track milestones, and manage project risks

• Maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and executive communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience managing software development or migration projects

• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies

• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred

• Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps, or cloud environments is a plus
