Project Manager - Superintendent/Estimator/General Construction

Start 2026 off with a new employer and lower blood pressure;

    Established, long-term General Contractor looking for a flexible, experienced Superintendent or Project Manager to manage and supervise our present residential, commercial/industrial projects.  Also to manage estimating/bidding additional (nonpublic) future work within an established client base.  Experience with projects 500k to 5mil preferred. Ability to manage different stages of each project from individual scopes to procurement of materials, manage multiple contractors/trades from estimating to close-out and the ability to operate autonomously.  Position will be responsible for all documentation, site safety, client relations and site meetings, client communications, AHJ compliance, on site direction, scheduling, site maintenance, invoicing and final close-out.  Must be proficient in the use of Word/Excel and other document management programs, neat in appearance and able to communicate on all levels with a diverse group of clients, contractors and suppliers.

   This position is immediate, actual hours dictated by need.

Required;

- Minimum 15 years’ verifiable general construction experience showing a progression of responsibilities

- Demonstrable and verifiable Superintendent/PM experience along with estimating/bidding nonpublic work

- Driver’s license with clean DMV

- Reliable transportation to and from office/jobsite

- Punctual and prepared to work with proper attire everyday

- Willingness and ability to communicate with and respect a diverse client culture
